Nice to see you got the eyes in the clear. Different composition, the more of the folliage in the foreground gives a nice feel of the habitat. The details and the sharpness is nice. Look forward to more. Thanks for sharing.

Did you AF or use MF? The ability to retain focus of the Mk IV seems brilliant. I like that the eye is visible. Unavoidable, but would have liked less out of focus foliage in the foreground.

You seem to have had a lovely time. Keep em coming. :D

Thanks for sharing.

This is excellent stuff Sabyasachi, I agree with the comments made, the highlight is getting the eye in focus with the foliage in foreground. Great work!

I knew that some people won't like the out of focus vegetation infront. I wanted to get an image of tiger looking through the bush. So the moment, eyes were visible, I clicked. I used auto focus. Manually selected on auto focus point (out of the 45 point AF) and placed it on the tiger's face. In fact, the previous image, the AF point had locked on to the vegetation. I just needed to quickly place the AF point on the face and refocus. Am I happy with the AF of Mark IV? Obviously.

After this image, I immediately shifted to the 24-70 mm.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi
