in this how to avoid the brightness of leafs? how to take image of bird like sun bird who is bright yellow and white in front and dark color at head? if color of head is proper then yellow is overexpose, and if yellow is proper then head become so dark that eye is not clear.

It is essential to expose correctly. You have to wait for the bird to perch at the right place before clicking. The best would be if the light falls on the head (frontal lighting) ie. the Sun is behind your back. That would help in the head getting exposed properly. Most often the yellow underparts get overexposed as they are in the light, but the head is not correctly illuminate.

In this image, the head needs to be exposed by atleast another one third stop. That would result in some of the leaves in sunlight getting over exposed. In photography, one has to avoid deep blacks and bright highlights in the same frame. When the subject is close to you, and the darker parts are properly illuminated, then your image will come out well.

Please check the tips section as well.

The eye contact is nice. I agree with Sabyasachi about the exposure settings. Please do post the EXIF details also so we know what settings you used. Thanks for sharing.

I like the pose and the eye contact. Nice explanation by Sabyasachi on the exposure. Keep on experimenting. :)
