Thanks all for the comments.
I agree that the +2/3 has over exposed the BG, but it was backlit and if I hadn't done so, then the subject would have been underexposed. hence I chose to use the +2/3 EC.
Sabyasachi and Mrudul, I agree with you regarding the top band and the space at the bottom. After posting I noticed that i could have cropped the top out.
