There is some detail loss here. Nice pose. The smooth BG looks good. Pull back the highlights on the stone if possible.

The background is nicely diffused here. The composition is nice. There is a lot of detail loss however. This seems to be a heavy crop. Have you sharpened the eye because looks a bit fuzzy? I agree about the highlights on the perch. Thanks for sharing.

Better to use a tripod/ monopod and focus manually if there is time. With a good quality L lens and good technique, one can crop a bit and it would still appear ok. In this case, the shutter speed was also less.

The perch is nice. Agree with the above comments. You could have tried increasing the ISO for a higher shutter speed. Thanks for sharing.
