Nice effort. Images of birds in flight look good when the wings are fully up or down. In this case, I wish the eye was lighted. Keep on trying and you will consistently get good images. When the bird is small in the frame and is against the sky, it becomes more important to get the exposure right, else pulling up the exposure during post processing would lead to more noise. Thanks for sharing.

I like the blue sky. The bird looks a bit underexposed. When shooting against a bright sky, it is advisable to dial in a bit of positive exposure compensation.
