Nice composition Mrudul. A bit more space at the bottom would have been good. Any particular reason why you chose to eliminate space on the right? (Clutter?)
I like the emptiness on the left though. :)

Neatly done mrudul.The composition is nice.A little brightness and some catchlight in the eye would've been great.

Bibhav, I wanted to have the clean background so kept more space on the left. There were branches and twigs on the right, so thought of avoiding that as well :).

Roopak, it was quite cloudy, and the light was not that good.

Maybe I have to check the brightness of my laptop in office, as it looked bright on it :).

A bit more brightness would be good. Background is nice and well diffused. It appears as if you were planning some text to be placed at the left. :-)
