The eye contact and the open beak is nice. A vertical composition to include the tail in full would have been good. Wish the bright spot in the background was not present. You could increased the ISO further for a higher shutter speed. Thanks for sharing.

I think because of the white balance, WB was set on Tungsten light by mistake :)

If you shoot in raw, then it would be easier to correct the white balance.
