Nice perch and details. The f8 has helped. The composition is good. A slight more head turn towards you would have enhanced the image further. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

esp like the composition, the natural perch, the glint in the eyes, the colour and sharpness.
but just one thing... i reckon there was enough light... so just might be you could have done with an ISO < 400. Could have avoided the noise..Just my thought :)

The background looks relatively well diffused. In case it is a large crop, then better to use a lower iso and stabilisation techniques. That will give less noise. Also, if you are cropping, then you have to make sure that the exposure is right. Pulling up exposure during post processing will result in noise.
