I am not sure why and how the ISO got set to 250, hence shutter speed is 1/25, this is shot in the evening at 6:15pm.

Nice stare. May be the ISO button would have got pressed and when you turned the knob, the ISO would have got changed. The shutter speed was low. However, the sharpness is ok considering the low shutter speed. More space at the bottom would have been nice.
