Nice composition and shot.But why -1/3EC? Head portion seems to be underexposed.Thanks for sharing.

-1/3 was to control the Whites. The blacks seem fine on my monitor. I can see the eyes as well.

Great shot. Nice composition. A tad more brightness perhaps... I agree that the details in the head are difficult to see.
