You have got the wingspread well. The head is also in focus. I wish the branches were not there in the background. It is important to wait and choose the right spot to ensure a clean background. Else, the attention goes away from the subject. The bottom portion is very close to the frame as well.

Agree with Sabyasachi's comments. Also, the colours look a bit too hot to me. Try playing with the levels.
