This bird is found in open country near water and human habitation. Wire-tailed Swallows are fast flyers and they generally feed on insects, especially flies.

Beautiful bird. Quite difficult to photograph as they are very swift. The eye contact is nice. The low angle looks good. Do post the EXIf and Camera details. Thanks for sharing.

Slight head turn towards you would have been even better. The copyright notice is even larger than the subject and hence attracts attention. Posting exif details will help in commenting better.

I agree that a bit more head turn would have been nice. The two parallel lines in the background are a bit distracting. Do post the EXIF info as well. Thanks for sharing.
