Is this a big crop? The details are lost because of that. If possible you could have tried to move more to the left to avoid the branches in the foreground. If you have do post image without the crop. Thanks for sharing.

Not sure about the shutter speed. Probably the shutter speed was low. The image is not sharp. In low light, better to try to rest the lens on some branch for support and click. Also, cropping accentuates the lack of sharpness, misfocus etc.
