Nice perch. The head turn and eye contact is nice. I liked the angle. Did you try using a narrower aperture? Thanks for sharing.

It seems the focus was slightly ahead. Not sure about your shooting position and how difficult this was. I agree that f8 would have been better, however, the shutter speed would have immediately halved. So ISO needs to be doubled.
