The colours are nice. The perch and the clean background looks good. A narrower aperture would have enhanced the image further. Thanks for sharing.

I think the wings were beating when you clicked this. However, the 1/800 shutter speed should have been sufficient. Were you handholding?

I nevr use tripod or monopod camera.
