Ibis Flight (missed one )

Canon 7D ,Sigma 50-500mm f4-6.3
Shot at 400 ISO hand Held,-1 EV,AV mode,1/2000 of sec, Spot metering mode.
Shot on a rainy day.
These Birds are always there in Ranganatittu Bird Sanctuary and best subject to shoot the flight.
tried different modes but this mode gave the best result.
There are series of five shots amongst 20 which i feel very good flight shots.

Lovely. Nice details. Sharp shot. Only wish there was more space in the direction of flight. I love the way the beak is showing beyond the outstretched wings.

Agree with the previous comment. I wish the eyes were visible. You have to look at their body language to predict when the birds are going to take off from their perch. Accordingly, one has to move the camera. The image is sharp. Thanks for sharing.
