Eye contact is good. How much of a crop is this? I wish a ray of light had fallen on the head. Exposing the eye is always difficult due to the black on black colour scheme. Reducing the saturation slightly will help, as the yellow channel is now a bit over.

Thanks for sharing.

The pose and the eye contact is nice. There seems to be some loss of details, due to the crop. Moving the camera a bit more to the left would have been good to avoid the palm leaves in the background. Thanks for sharing.

I thought this photograph is Purple-rumped Sunbird (Leptocoma zeylonica). Higher shutterspeed would have been better.

Many thanks for the C&C's. I had to crop a bit on the right because of an overhanging piece of wire. Could move to the left because of a steep mud bank. Yes, higher shutter speed should have been used.

You are right Mr.Raj. This is a Purple Rumped Sunbird. My mistake.
