Nice catch, the eye contact is fine. however due to heavy crop the details have been lost.

I agree with Praveen. The eye contact is nice. Wish you could move closer to the bird. If an image has to be cropped, then you have to be more conscious about the focus and stability (that is using some kind of support like monopod, tripod, beanbag etc). Where was this clicked? Thanks for sharing.
