It is good that you got a higher shutter speed. A lower angle is not always possible, however, in this case it would have been even better. The ripples look good. Any blurring done? Especially on the reflection just below the bird and in the background? Thanks for sharing.

First of all... Thank You for the appreciation. No Sir, no blurring has been done...a little contrast & exposure adjustment has been done.

Nice image. A slight head turn away from you would have enhanced the composition further. The ripples in the water look good. Thanks for sharing.

Dear Ragoo,
The image is well exposed and though the bird is small as compared to the frame, appears sharp.However, IMHO, the empty space around the bird specially behind and above does not add to the image much. I am sure if you waited long, you would have seen the bird dip its beak in the water for food. Such action images showing the behaviour of the subject adds interest and value to the image. I would suggest that you try to crop the image from the right and slightly from the top to make the bird more prominent in the frame.
