Nice image, this is also known Flameback Woodpecker. A vertical would have been nice as well. This is not an easy bird to capture and you have got it quite well

Nice catch. I like the composition and the body is parallel to the sensor. The shutter speed was pretty low. Unfortunately, in most of the times we find these in less than optimal lighting conditions for photography. A vertical would have been nice as well. Thanks for sharing.
