Very cute bird. The stare is nice. The crop (?) has led to some loss in details and added noise in the background. Wish the stick hadnt blocked the tail. Thanks for sharing.

Nice perch and composition. Agree due to the crop, there is loss of details. It is always better to use full ISO i.e 100, 200, 400... instead of intermidiate ISO like 150, 220, 320 etc. Thanks for sharing.

Nice image, agree with comments made. However I feel the details are quite ok, probably if the head turn was other side it may have been better.
