Superb image. I like it as it is. While a smaller aperture might have increased the depth of field, the entire insect would still not have been in focus as it is perpendicular to the camera sensor. A smaller aperture might have also reduced the nice bokeh and the image might have lost its impact apart from becoming difficult to get a sharp image due to lower shutter speeds. This is my humble opinion.
