The details and the eye contact is nice. Is this a full frame? It is difficult to compose when there are lot of birds around. It would have been good if you could have included the bird in the background in full. What are the other birds you could sight there? Thanks for sharing.

Agree with the comments above. It is difficult to compose a group of pelicans, as invariably one or the other gets cut off at the frame edge. Also, the depth of filed has to be right.
