Nice behaviour captured. The eye contact and the perch is nice. The light is a bit harsh. Placing them a bit higher in the image would have enhanced the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

It is a pleasure to watch parakeets. The light was tough. I thought you had become comfortable with monopod. I have not been able to travel to bangalore for sometime. We will tackle the monopod issues when we meet.

Thanks Sabyasachi, i have used Monopod only twice, first in Munnar while photographing Nilgiri Tahr and second time while shooting these parakeets. The lens is heavy so, need to be extra careful while on monopod. Maybe I have to use it more frequently and get a better handle. However i look forward to your tips when we meet next.
