Looks like the light was bad. Nicely done. Would have looked better if the vulture was positioned a little more to the right of the frame. Maybe you could crop it accordingly. There is some noise, but in my opinion it's not very distracting. Some eye contact would have made the image better.

This was towards the right of the large rock from where we were shooting.
This would be a 20-30% crop.
