Nice sighting. The perch and the eye contact is good. Due to the high ISO there is noise in the image. Thinking if using ISO 800 would have sufficed. Thanks for sharing.

A very nice image and the sharp eye with a cathclight adds to the image. The perch forms a nice U to add to the composition, however, IMHO cropping off the image from the right of the point where the perch end on the top edge might improve the composition. The lighting was difficult putting the wings and tail in the dark. You may wish to try selective adjustment of curves to reduce the shadows.
