hello,

today I upload a amphibians photos a frog

can you guide me how to focus a whole frog using macro or other technique.
which can see fully nice photo

Nice image. Including less of the dark foreground and more of the frog would have been better. The eye contact is nice. Do share the aperture, ISO and shutter speed details while posting so it can help to comment better. Thanks for sharing.

ISO Speed -Auto, ISO 80 / 100 / 200 / 400 / 800 / 1600

Shutter Speed:1 – 1/2000sec.
15 – 1/2000sec. (Total shutter speed range)

Flash Range:30cm – 3.0m (W), 30cm – 2.0m (T)
(12in. – 9.8ft. (W), 12in. – 6.6ft.(T))

Continuous Shooting:Approx. 0.9 shots/sec.
(approx. 2.5 shots/sec. in Low Light)

Aperture:f/3.0 - f/4.5 (W), f/5.8 - f/9.0 (T)

this is details of mt camera as per u say..
so, what do you say about it.. it is good for photography...

I like the composition.

Mrudul was asking what settings ie. ISO, aperture, shutter speed etc you used while clicking this image. You have mentioned the range of the camera.

Which camera you used for clicking?

Probably you used a auto mode. I tried to find the exif details in the image, however the exif details (ISO, shutter, aperture etc) are not embedded in the image.

In macro mode, due to the very close distance between subject and camera (sensor plane), the depth of field is very less. Hence it becomes difficult to get the whole body in focus. You need to use a narrow aperture to achieve more areas in focus (narrow means f8, f11, f16 etc ie. f11 is narrower than f8 or in other words the lens opening reduces as the f number increases). Please see the tips section for further details.
