this is a photo of lizard..
but can you guide me how to focus a whole body..

You need to use narrower apertures (f/10++) in macro world to get the subject in focus. Narrower the aperture, better is DoF but that also mean less light and hence slower shutter speed. It's a nice challenge to play with. It will help to click the subject in a horizontal plane (as in this shot) rather than head-on (as in your other post) as handling DoF is relatively easy.

Nice details and eye contact. The sharpness is good. Tushar has nicely explained the use of DoF and aperture. Keep photographing as that would help you to learn faster. Do experiment with different apertures and ISO setting. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Tushar. Nice image. Some more space at the top would have been good so that there is more separation between the top frame and the subject.
