River Tern with catch/Bhadra#2

It was amazing to watch the river term catch the fish from the Bhadra reservoir and then look for her chicks & feed them. There could be easily 1000 terns and probably about 200-300 chicks but the mother will identify her chick & feed, all this happens on a small island. Wonderful moments to watch this from a boat.

Class capture, Praveen! Loved the surrounding, action and mainly exposure. Light is nice and soft and the catch makes this special. Wish the wing tips were sharp too but nevertheless an awesome shot! Waiting for more tern treat.

Nice capture. Great you could get it in flight with a catch. You could have bumped up the ISO to 800, so you could have got a higher shutter speed. Thanks for sharing the information. Look forward to more.
