Excellent image. Well composed, sharp and catchlight in the eye. Just a small suggestion to selectively pull up the tonal curve on the black feathers of the head around the eye and back of the head.

Nicely captured. The eye contact and the details are good. The catchlight in the eye looks good. Just a bit more space on the right to include the tips would have been good. Thanks for sharing.
