Nice perch and eye contact. The catchlight in the eye looks nice. The background is well diffused.
Agree with Praveen, about the distance. These birds are very sensitive and fly off easily. I face the same problem while photographing with 100-400. The best approach is to take a few shots and then sit down and slowly crawl forward. Using hide can be another solution. You might be already using these techniques, just thought of mentioning them again. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Praveen and Mrudul. One has to be very slow in approaching these birds.
