Nigeen Lake is extension of Dal Lake, Srinagar.
This is the area where the House Boats are few in numbers and the boat people (villagers) live.
There are floating villages/gardens/fields on water on this part of the lake.
This picture was clicked when the sun was going down against the Mogul Fort (built by Akbar now called Hari PArbat) on top of the mountain in background.
This is the time when the villagers head back home on small canoes after finishing their work on land.
Its amazing to see people commuting on boats to reach the land and take buses to reach their respective workplace.

Mohammad,
I had some how missed this image.

I am sure it would have been great watching this sunset. I like the positioning of the boat on the reflection.

The Sun is a bit bright. Reducing the exposure would have helped. There is flare as the sunlight was directly hitting the lens. Try to create a shade by an umbrella so that the sunlight directly doesn't hit your lens. The results will be much better.
