The landing pose looks good. The shutter speed is low, so you got the wings blurred. However the low shutter speed and the tripod had helped in getting the leaves sharp. So the wing blurs give the impression of motion rather than camera shake. We can see lot of birds are visiting the place. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with the previous comment. Without the bird on the left, the image would have been better. Thanks for sharing.
