a rare catch this from Ganeshgudi...

As mentioned earlier we spotted over 15-20 different bird species in span of 10-15 mins, at some spots the light was really bad so was switching iso between 1600 - 3200. In this case I could have done with 400 or 800 & used a narrow aperture, but no time the birds were flying off:confused1:

Lovely sighting. Nice head turn and eye contact. The vertical composition looks good. Agree with you a lower ISO and a narrower aperture would have been good. Its nice that you got the eye in the light. Thanks for sharing.
