Your landscape compositions are good.

In Silhouette's there has to be well defined shapes which can be readily identified by the viewer. In this case, one can know that the Sun is rising over the bridge, due to the railing above the bridge. However, the same railing leaves a gap and cuts the Sun ie. a part of the Sun is visible between the railing and the bridge and attracts attention.

Also, I feel less space at the bottom would have been good. The bridge can't take so much of dark space. Wish there were more clouds at the top and more space left at the top.
