Typical wing flap, as these fellows often 'stand up' and flap their wings. A higher shutter speed would have been better to further freeze the wings.

Nice colours and eye contact. The composition is nice. Increasing the ISO further would have helped to give a higher shutter speed. Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.
