Lovely bird, tough conditions to shot surrounded by leaves. But it is good you got most of the bird in open and more importantly the eye contact.

Lovely bird. The eye contact is nice. The vertical composition is nice. A bit more space at the bottom would be good. Patience surely pays when it comes photographing these shy birds. Look forward to more.

You got the head in the clear. Your patience and stalking skills will benefit you tremendously when you upgrade to a longer lens. Too often people get long lenses without going through the grind of trying hard with a shorter lens. So they lack the tracking skills.

Given the limitations in your lens, this is fabulous:) I really adore your tracking and patience!
Keep them coming sir:)
