EOS 40D + 70-300IS.

1/320; f/8; ISO 100.

Good to see this species. It would have been great if the head were turned to the other side so that eyes would have been lit. Why only ISO 100?

Nice sighting. The eye contact is nice, wish it was not in shadow. Agree a higher ISO would have helped. Thanks for sharing.
