I remember this one. You had a lovely sighting. Was it for half an hour? This male looks in fine form. It is always a nice sight watching a tiger close to you. The details have come out well. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely image Dipankar, I too sighted this guy last year in March'10 and that was in zone 1, seems a sub adult and quite bold. When we spotted he was a bit far and then walked closer towards our jeep and rested for a while.

The details on the head have come out well, so have the eyes. I would have liked to see the paws as well, but then, the vertical compo doesn't allow for it, I guess!
