Small Blue Kingfisher

A cute lovely bird that adorns the logo of a power brand for the company I work for as well.

This was shot in Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, Chorao Island, Goa
This is a cropped image.
The light was just on the bird and it gave a spot light feel which I tried enhancing by increasing the black point and contrast.
Do let me know your thoughts on this.

Nice perch and eye contact. The light on the bird looks nice. The converging branches add to the composition. I think placing the bird a bit more to the left would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Cute. Colourful bird. The trianglular shaped branches creates lot of interest. I would love to see some more space at the top, so that the triangular perch is more visible. Composition with less space at the left is also an option. The eye contact is good. Did you get some flight or with prey images. Look forward to more.

Thanks for the observations. Since this is a crop, I can thankfully incorporate the composition suggestions withoug much problems.
No shots in flight or with prey that I can consider worth it to post. :-)
