The intent looking pose is nice. Nice clear perch and eye contact. I think a lower ISO would have sufficed in this case, so the noise would have reduced. There are some highlights on the body, you can try to recover the details slightly. A rectangular framing would look good than a square one. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Mrudul's comments. There is more space at the top. Also, this image looks like a large crop, so the noise is too prominent and distracting.

I would love to see more of environment images as it is not easy to get environmental images with right depth of field and elements in sync with each other. Thanks for sharing.
