Nice pose. Was there some colourful buildings nearby? Try working out your approach according to the angle of the light. In this case, the eyes of the bird is in shade. That reduces the impact of the image.

Also, try to go down as low as possible. That enhances the impact of the image.

The background colours look more subtle in this image than the previous. I think reducing the contrast there would have helped. A lower angle would be nice. The reflection is nice, you could have tried a vertical composition. Thanks for sharing.
