Looks like a jetty? Is it a river?

The image is tilted and needs a clockwise rotation. Whenever there are man made elements in the image like a concrete pillar, wall etc, we immediately know that those structures can't be tilted (except perhaps the leaning tower of Pisa). Though the tilt can be corrected during post processing, however, it leads to loss of some portions from the image.

To get a leveled shot, you need to either level your tripod or if shooting handheld, then pick up an imaginary line and align your camera accordingly.

There appear to be some cloning done. It is a good practice to mention about cloning. A number of competitions and magazines, newspapers will not accept images that are cloned. Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see so many birds on the platform. The light is a bit harsh. You can try reducing the highlights. We mostly dont recommend cloning in this forum, it is better to try and reduce the distractions as much as possible in the field while photographing the subject. Thanks for sharing.
