The eye contact is nice. I would prefer the bird to be vertical in the frame, than diagonal. The bright sky in the background is a bit distracting. Thanks for sharing.

Try some loose crops. For example the two branches are disjointed. Having more space at the bottom will probably show the two branches joined and result in a better composition. Thanks for sharing.
