Good shot. Love the eye. Wish there was light on the entire face, that would have made it even better. The branch in front of the bird doesn't distract much.

Yes Mrudul..this one's a crop, but only about 10%. Thought of including as much clutter as possible..hence 320mm:) I even shot a few at below 300mm..I like the slight mystery that the clutter adds to the frame!
