bird looks quite sharp but background is distracting. Blue sky would have enhanced the image.

Lovely eye contact, wish the angle was not so steep. But these birds are shy and to find one in open is a bonus.

The red eye looks nice. The diagonal composition is interesting. You could have composed with a bit more space at the bottom right than on the top left. That would have reduced the bright sky. The details look nice. Thanks for sharing.
