Ideally, there should be more space in the direction where the bird took off. The water droplets look nice. Also, the shutter speeds seems to be insufficient as I see a blur on the wing, or is it shake? Anyway, sharing the exif data will help understand the image better:)

The take-off pose looks nice. The water droplets make the image more interesting. Agree a higher shutter speed would have helped. Maybe a slight lesser aperture would have raised the shutter speed. It seems it took off suddenly, so you didn't get time to compose with more space on the left. It is good the eye is in the clear. Thanks for sharing.
