Looks like its nictitating membrane is half open. It looks like the critical focus is slightly ahead of the bird? Some more space at the bottom will be good. Thanks for sharing.

Nicely composed. The leaves frame the bird nicely. The highlights on the feathers and beak look a little harsh to me. Personally, I would have tried increasing the colour temperature slightly, but not sure whether that will work for you...
