Nice colors and typical bandipur habiat:) Oh yes, the 'waiting at the water hole for tiger to come' happened to us during a couple of safaris as well, with no success:(

You could have used f8 and ISO 400 maybe! And I always somehow feel that a verical suits this bird better...

Eye contact is good. The background has come out well. They are also indicators for tiger movement.
