Nice take off action captured. I liked the water splash. I think there is a slight tilt, you can correct that in post processing. Is this a crop, as there are some loss of details. Do post the EXIF details like aperture, shutter speed, ISO to help in commenting. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like there is a sudden mad scramble. Tough to compose with many birds because some of them are cut on the right frame edge and one can see a beak on the left frame edge. A loose crop to include the entire birds near the frame edges would be good. It would be easier to critique if you post the exif details.
